At the Bahamas Sandals CO poisoning in 2022, of the two couples poisoned, it seems one couple sought medical treatment prior to their passing. Returns to accommodation and doesn't survive the subsequent CO poisoning. Guest goes to the hospital/medical facility and gets treatment for what could be food poisoning, flu, etc and feels better-ish.
